Tariff

The tariff is formulated per night and it is the same for one or two persons.
Tariff for all the houses: for the night between saturday and sunday or between a working day and a holiday: 70 euro;
for the night between friday and saturday: 50 euro;
for the two nights between friday and sunday: 110 euro ;
for the other nights: 40 euro.
for the third person: 15 euro.
for the fourth person: 10 euro.
Tariff for the rooms n°1 e n°3: for the night between saturday and sunday or between a working day and a holiday: 40 euro;
for the night between friday and saturday: 30 euro;
for the other nights: 20 euro.
For the third person in the room n°1 the tariff is 10 euro.

We prefer not to furnish you linen ( towels and sheets ) ; if you don't have both we give them to you for an extra price of 10 euro.

Final cleaning are not included in the prices of the houses but in the 70 euro : in the other days we will ask you a bail of 30 euro and we will give them back if you will leave us the house as clean as we left it to you .

For stays of three or more nights, a discount can be arranged.
